Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with rotary transfer or multi-spindle equipment in precision machining.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot complex equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and specifications.
• Experience with precision measurement and inspection techniques.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex machine setups for Hydromat and similar rotary transfer equipment to achieve precise production specifications.
• Proactively monitor operational performance, making real-time adjustments to maintain consistent quality and output.
• Maximize equipment uptime by performing preventative maintenance and advanced mechanical troubleshooting.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by collaborating with the production team to streamline workflows.
• Maintain comprehensive production logs and technical documentation to ensure traceability and process consistency.
• Uphold a culture of safety and excellence by strictly adhering to all quality control and industrial safety protocols.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior operators to elevate team proficiency and machine handling skills.
