Ingersoll Rand in Sedalia, MO is seeking a hands-on assembler for rotary screw and reciprocating compressors. You will follow detailed procedures, verify quality, and contribute to re-manufacture projects within a collaborative, safety‑minded team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed procedures to build compressors, blowers, and associated equipment to spec.
• Verify quality at each step—inspect parts, confirm tolerances, and test completed assemblies.
• Support standardized build processes and contribute to the re-manufacture of returned units.
• Apply mechanical aptitude, shop math, and metric/imperial conversions to achieve precise outcomes.
• Work safely and cooperatively within a high-performing team environment.
