Job summary

Green Bay Packaging, a Wisconsin-based manufacturer, is seeking a press operator to accurately set up and run die cut operations. The role emphasizes quality control, equipment inspection, and cooperative teamwork in a fast-paced production environment.

You will gain familiarity with pre-feeder, rotary press, bundle breaker, and load former processes while ensuring precise ink management and adherence to specifications. Overtime including Saturdays may be required.

• Must be able to multi-task and keep up with production pace while maintaining quality and meeting efficiency goals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Must have mathematical ability and be able to use a tape measure effectively.
• Willingness to work overtime including Saturdays when required.

Responsibilities

• Set up press, print, score, and die cut accurately according to specs.
• Inspect dies before and after runs and repair as needed.
• Ensure dies and bolts are secure in the die cut cylinder.
• Monitor box quality including liner, warp, size, die cut, and print.
• Develop proficiency across pre-feeder, rotary press, bundle breaker, and load former.
