Job summary

The Wellington Agency is seeking a seasoned ROTA Nanny for a busy, highly structured family with two children, aged 19 months and 4 months.

Location involves South Miami, FL (Oct–May) and Sag Harbor, NY (May–Oct); schedule is 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, with flexibility to 1 week on / 1 week off. Salary is $120,000–$140,000 DOE plus benefits.

The role requires proactive thinking, excellent infant care, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced routine while maintaining a calm, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for infants and toddlers.
• Prior ROTA scheduling experience preferred.
• High energy, proactive, and engaging.
• Comfortable traveling between Florida and New York.

Position: ROTA Nanny

Location: South Miami, FL (October–May) / Sag Harbor, NY (May–October)

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 DOE + benefits/health stipend

A busy, highly structured family is seeking an experienced, energetic, and extremely engaging ROTA Nanny for their two children, ages 19 months and 4 months. The family currently has an NCS who will remain with the baby until approximately 7–8 months of age.

The ideal candidate is highly proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and independently fill the day with engaging, age-appropriate activities. This is a fast-paced household with a detailed schedule, so the nanny must be comfortable following established routines while consistently staying active and engaged.

Qualifications:

• Strong infant and toddler experience; must be comfortable caring for infants
• Prior ROTA experience strongly preferred, particularly with children ages 3 and under
• Highly proactive, self-motivated, and intuitive
• Active, high-energy, and extremely engaging
• Able to independently plan activities and stay productive throughout the day
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, highly structured household
• Able to closely follow established schedules and routines
• Flexible to travel between Florida and New York
