Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, Robotics or related field.
• Strong software engineering skills for production robotics.
• Expertise in C++ and Python with modern practices.
• Hands-on ROS/ROS2 development and deployment.
• Solid knowledge of localization, SLAM, sensor fusion, and navigation.
• Experience with sensor integration and multi-modal data handling.
• Experience with state estimation and real-time data processing pipelines.
• IPC, networking and middleware experience.
• Strong problem-solving and independent work capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ROS/ROS2 packages for navigation, mapping, and control.
• Integrate and calibrate multi-modal sensors for autonomous missions.
• Build autonomy APIs for SLAM, path planning, and mission logic.
• Implement and optimize real-time data processing in C++ and Python.
• Collaborate with perception engineers to integrate AI-driven insights.
• Design and test autonomous behavior on real-world field platforms.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software interfaces and develop diagnostics.
