Job summary

NYK Group Americas Inc. seeks an experienced operations leader to manage RoRo vessel operations across the Americas region and coordinate with NYK offices, vessels, agents, and port providers.

You will act as Regional HQ for Operations supporting regional offices in the Americas. You will supervise operational matters, guide direct reports, design voyage plans to reduce costs and meet vessel P&L targets, and ensure compliance with key regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Experience in operations management for maritime or logistics.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
