Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Ropes Course Attendant in the United States to ensure guest safety and satisfaction as they navigate the course. You will register guests, supply equipment, educate on technique and safety, and assist in emergencies while upholding high service standards.

The role requires comfort with heights, strong customer service, and reliability in scheduling. Training is provided, and benefits accompany competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Some High School education or equivalent.
  • Comfortable at heights of 30 feet or more for extended periods.
  • Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands.
  • Experience utilizing basic math skills to perform simple calculations.
  • Proven customer service skills and communication skills.
  • Able to read and interpret English language manuals relating to safety, operations, and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Communicates with guests to process registration and complete orders.
  • Educates guests on the Ropes Course experience, safety guidelines, and equipment use.
  • Outfits participants with safety equipment and ensures proper harness attachment.
  • Inspects all safety equipment to ensure proper function.
  • Assists in emergencies and helps participants remain calm.
  • Maintains adherence to operating procedures and daily routines.
  • Provides outstanding customer service and assists with basic merchandising and cash handling.

The range listed is just one component of Great Wolf’s total compensation package.
