Acuren is seeking experienced Rope Access Level II UTT Technicians for a 4-week project in St. Charles, Louisiana. The role involves ultrasonic thickness testing on piping, vessels, and other industrial equipment using rope access methods to access elevated areas.

Candidates must have SPRAT/IRATA Rope Access Level I-III and Level II UTT certifications, a valid TWIC card, and prior UTT experience in refineries or petrochemical facilities. Extended hours and travel may be required.

Formación

• Must have current SPRAT or IRATA Rope Access Level I, II or III certification.
• Must have current Level II UTT certification.
• TWIC card is required (physical card).
• Experience with ultrasonic thickness testing in piping, vessels, tanks, and industrial equipment.
• Ability to calibrate and operate UT equipment and record readings.

Responsabilidades

• Perform ultrasonic thickness testing on piping, vessels, tanks, and industrial equipment.
• Conduct thickness measurements and corrosion monitoring inspections per procedures and standards.
• Calibrate, operate, and maintain ultrasonic testing equipment.
• Record thickness readings and inspection data accurately.
• Identify areas of wall loss, corrosion, or other conditions needing evaluation.
• Read and interpret inspection drawings and TMLs.
