Responsibilities

• Perform rope access work in inspection, maintenance, and repair in difficult‑to‑reach areas.
• Rig and set up rope access systems (pulley systems, anchor points, descent/ascent lines) and verify systems before use.
• Conduct advanced rigging and perform complex rescue procedures per rope access program and standards.
• Inspect, maintain, and store rope access equipment; ensure proper PPE use.
• Identify hazards at the worksite, notify supervisor, and take corrective action.
• Follow work permits, job hazard analyses, and site‑specific safety procedures.
• Assist in rescue operations and maintain proficiency in rescue techniques.
• Document work performed and report issues or incidents.
• Provide limited supervision to Level I/II technicians when authorized.
