Job summary

Intertek in Port Arthur, TX is seeking a Rope Access Level I Technician to perform visual inspections via rope access under supervision. The role requires SPRAT/IRATA Level I and offers growth through NDE and field guidance tasks.

You will document data, interact with clients, and stay current with NDE/Rope Access tech developments while ensuring safety and quality in the field.

Qualifications

• Current SPRAT/IRATA Certification Level I required.
• ASNT Level II certification preferred.
• Valid TWIC card required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record (preferred).
• Able to pass physical exam.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to provide clear and technical guidance to other technicians and subcontractors.
• Ability to solve technical issues in the field.

• Prepare NDE reports and document data in a clear and timely manner

Rope Access Level I Technician- Port Arthur, TX

What are we looking for?

The Rope Access Level I Technician is responsible for performing various visual inspections via rope access under the direction of a Project Manager, Team Leader, or independently. The ideal candidate must have moderate experience and Level I Rope Access certification.
