Intertek Houston is seeking a part-time Rope Access Level III Technician to perform visual inspections via rope access under supervision. The role rewards hands-on field leadership and the chance to advance within the Rope Access team.

The ideal candidate has extensive field experience, a Level III SPRAT/IRATA certification, and prior supervisory exposure. Travel will be required for project assignments, and MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Current SPRAT/IRATA Level III certification required.
• Minimum 3+ years field experience in rope access work.
• Prior rope access supervision preferred.
• ASNT Level II certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid TWIC card required.
• Able to train and supervise technicians.
• Capable of resolving field technical issues.

The P/T Rope Access Level III Technician is responsible for p erforming various visual inspections via rope access under the direction of a Project Manager, Team Leader, or independently. What you’ll do:

• Maintain climbing logbook per SPRAT/IRATA guidelines

• Interface with clients on technical matters involving Rope Access and NDE procedures and capabilities
