• Investigate Corrective Action Forms to identify root cause.
• Decide corrective/preventive measures for vendors and employees.
• Work with Department Managers to improve quality of work.
• Maintain awareness of QA processes among colleagues.
• Assist with tracking and reporting on quality metrics.
