Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured Management Training program to develop future leaders.
• Support Front Office operations, including reservations and check-in/check-out.
• Assist in supervising front desk operations and concierge interactions.
• Model high-touch, anticipatory service reflecting Stanford Park Hotel standards.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure timely room readiness and status updates.
• Assist in overseeing Housekeeping operations and inspections.
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain luxury-level cleanliness and presentation.
• Partner with Engineering to maintain guest rooms and public areas.
