Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Rooms Director to oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, and Laundry operations across our Round Rock property in Texas. You will partner with the General Manager and AGM on strategic projects, lead the Rooms Division, and drive service excellence for our guests.

The role requires a strong track record in full-service hotel leadership, with responsibilities spanning staffing, budgeting, and operational readiness to ensure top-tier guest experiences.

Competenze

• 5 years of progressive hotel/resort experience in full-service properties over 500 rooms.
• Extensive Rooms Division experience in Housekeeping and Front Desk.
• Broad understanding of the tourism industry and day-to-day functions of a resort.

Rooms Director

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking aRooms Director.In this role, you’ll oversee the operation of the Front Office (Valet, Bell Staff, Concierge, Front Desk, Emerald Lounge), Housekeeping and Laundry. You will work closely with the General Manager and AGM on special projects and assignments. You’ll also be responsible for the management, evaluation, and performance of all Rooms Division functions, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Common Area, Laundry, Concierge, PBX, and Bell Staff/Shuttle/Valet Service.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise toLead with Love—guiding, supporting, inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences ...and most importantly, you need to be able to bring your energy to your team! Assist in making their day as enjoyable as you do for our guests! This position will be on the Executive Committee.

Key Responsibilities
