Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a Service Attendant to join the team at Houlihan's and Crowne Plaza by IHG in Herndon, VA. You will set up, deliver and retrieve all food and beverage orders to guest rooms and hospitality suites, ensuring quality service and guest satisfaction.

This role requires adherence to liquor regulations, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Flexibility and attention to hotel policies are essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up, deliver and retrieve all food and beverage orders to guest rooms and hospitality suites.
• Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve all food and beverage trays to maintain sanitation guidelines.
• Set up and deliver VIP amenities and service hospitality suites.
• Abide by liquor requirements when serving alcoholic beverages.
• Complete shift side work and report issues to the supervisor.
