Essential Job Functions

• Set up and deliver food and beverage orders.
• Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve food and beverage trays.
• Set up and deliver VIP amenities.
• Service hospitality suites according to banquet event orders and policies.
• Follow liquor laws regarding alcohol service.
• Complete shift side work as per policies.
• Respond to customer needs and feedback to ensure quality service.
• Report communications to supervisors.
• Handle cash transactions following company policies.
• Follow sustainability practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
• Practice safety procedures and wear protective equipment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Environment
