Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Room Service Server to brighten guests’ stays with friendly, efficient service. You will set up trays, take orders, and deliver meals to guest rooms while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, able to work early to late shifts, and committed to working holidays and weekends. Washington state permitting and food handler credentials are required where applicable.

Responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following

• Must be able to work any shifts as early as 5am and as late as 11pm
• Must be available all holidays and weekends
• Must have prior room service & or serving experience in a fast- pace environment

• Have or obtain Washington State Mast permit and Food Handlers card
• Must be on your feet standing & walking throughout the shift

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their meal experience special
• Prepare for seamless service: Set up room service trays and tables in advance for timely order delivery
• Take guest orders: Assist with order-taking tasks and respond to room service phone calls
• Deliver with care: Retrieve food and beverage orders and deliver to guest rooms or meeting rooms
• Process transactions: Present checks to guests, collect payments, and return signed checks to the order taker
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
