Pyramid Global Hospitality welcomes you to join the Inn at Perry Cabin, a Forbes 4-star luxury resort on the Miles River, along Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Our team delivers personalized service across a premier waterfront property, offering a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

In this role you will greet guests, check in, handle requests, and promote hotel programs. We provide comprehensive benefits, competitive pay, and a supportive culture that values service excellence.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong guest service orientation and a genuine desire to help guests.
• Outgoing, engaging personality with excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Check guests in and out, ensuring accurate billing and preferences.
• Provide exceptional service and resolve guest issues to deliver WOW moments.
• Promote and sell hotel programs and services where appropriate.
• Collaborate with other departments and hotel/resort staff.
• Follow standard procedures for posting, cash handling, and refunds.
• Assist other departments as needed.

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

• Help guests discover their "Wanderlust" experience
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
• Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.
• Help to resolve problems and "WOW" guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right
• Promote and sell special hotel programs.
• Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.
• Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies.
• Maintain house bank.
• Communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty.
• Follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.
• Assist other departments as needed.
