Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a customer-focused room service associate to setup, deliver, and retrieve all food and beverage orders to guest rooms and hospitality suites while upholding service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms per established guidelines, procedures and policies.
• Answer the telephone and take all customer orders per operating policies and procedures.
• Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve all food and beverage trays to maintain sanitation.
• Set-up and deliver VIP amenities.
• Service all hospitality suites per BEO and policy.
• Respond to customer needs, issues, comments, and problems to ensure a quality experience.
• Perform all cash handling responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Attend regular meetings as scheduled.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.

• Answer the telephone and take all customer orders in accordance with operating policies and procedures.
