Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality food service techniques and standards.
• Ability to lift and carry food service trays weighing 35 pounds or more.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in food service operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete setup and preparation tasks at the start of each shift.
• Deliver guest amenities, food, and beverages promptly to guest rooms.
• Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and meet hotel presentation standards.
• Set up trays, carts, or in-room dining tables as requested by the guest.
• Greet guests warmly, explain orders, and respond to questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and address issues promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely preparation of orders.
• Report feedback or concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain room service areas, clear used trays, and restock supplies.
• Follow hotel policies for food handling and sanitation standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
