Job summary

Loews Arlington hotel is seeking a friendly Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced environment, located in the Arlington Entertainment District between Globe Life Field and AT&T Stadium, where team members support guest service across multiple dining venues and amenities.

You will greet guests, take and relay accurate orders, anticipate dietary needs, suggest menu items, and ensure food and beverages are prepared and presented with care, contributing to a

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40-50 pounds as needed.
• Experience with POS systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain thorough menu knowledge to offer recommendations.
• Communicate guest needs or special requests to the kitchen or bar.
• Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and stocked.
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties.
• Support team members to ensure timely and coordinated service.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalated when needed.
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned
