Job summary

Qualifications

• TB test clearance required by Department of Health.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Set up room service carts and deliver to guest rooms with proper garnishes and condiments.
• Greet guests warmly and personalize service according to procedures and standards.
• Maintain daily cleanliness of china, glassware, silverware and linen.
• Answer telephone and take room service orders when needed.
• Perform side duties and keep equipment and work area clean and tidy.
• Transport dirty dishes, glassware, and linen to the dishwashing area.
• Secure all areas as required.
• Deliver resort or group amenities as needed.
