You will maintain Forbes standards, coordinate trays and carts, and ensure every in-room dining interaction reflects warmth and professionalism.

With prior hospitality experience and a polished appearance, you’ll join a team dedicated to guest satisfaction, flexibility for weekends/holidays, and opportunities for growth within the resort.

Qualifications

• Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred, ideally in a luxury or fine dining environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift and carry trays, carts, and other dining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meals and beverages from The Mill Room to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner
• Uphold Forbes Travel Guide standards and Boar’s Head Resort policies at all times
• Present meals with attention to detail, ensuring proper set-up and guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the in-room dining area and equipment
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries with efficiency, courtesy, and discretion
• Communicate guest feedback or concerns promptly to supervisors
• Support the broader food & beverage team as needed
