Grand Beach Hotel Surfside in Surfside, FL is seeking a Full-time Food Service Attendant toserve guests with food and alcoholic beverages, ensuring satisfaction and quality service.

Responsibilities include answering menu questions, coordinating with the kitchen, relaying dietary needs, recording orders in MICROS, and processing payments while maintaining cleanliness and guest focus.

• Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, re-cook orders, and product availability.
• Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
• Record transactions in MICROS system at time of order.
• Check in with guest to ensure satisfaction with each food course and or beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, China, glass, etc., throughout the day
• Present physical and accurate check to guest and process payment

Executes emergency procedures in accordance with hotel standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $8.98 per hour
