The role includes supervising housekeeping tasks, following safety policies, and maintaining inventory control, with a focus on guest satisfaction. The position requires strong English communication, excellent customer service, and the ability to work with limited supervision.
The Room Inspector is responsible for inspecting designated guest rooms, ensuring they have been properly cleaned and stocked for guest arrivals in compliance with hotel standards of quality and cleanliness. In addition, the Inspector assists in training Room and House Attendants as well as performs Room or House Attendance duties as needed.
