Job summary

Remington Hospitality's Scottsdale Curio-PHXTT is seeking a Full-time Hotel Operations Associate to join our team. You will prepare staff schedules, inspect guest rooms and public areas, and train new associates to uphold our service standards.

You will also handle VIP requests, maintain records, generate departure reports, and coordinate with management on safety and repairs. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and flexibility for varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

• Ability to work in a standard office environment.

• Frequent fine motor skills, use of hands and fingers for keyboarding/typing, utilizing a mouse or trackpad, writing, and operating office equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, reach, or carry items.
• Ability to lift and/or move 10–25 pounds as needed (e.g., files, office supplies).
