Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking Room Inspectors to uphold cleanliness and condition standards across guest rooms. You will record inspection results, resolve guest complaints, and ensure accommodations meet set guidelines.

You will prepare and distribute assignment sheets, assign keys and radios to staff, oversee room inspections, and assist housekeepers with daily tasks. You will collaborate with the housekeeping team to deliver high-quality guest service.

• Prepare and distribute assignment sheets to assigned staff and review priorities
• Assign designated Guest room keys and radios to assigned staff. Maintain accurate record of such and ensure security of keys.
• Oversees and conducts guest room inspections
• Assists housekeepers with daily tasks when needed
• Assisting other housekeeping team members to ensure top quality guest service

Job description
