Hilton-Garden-Inn-Scottsdale is seeking Room Inspectors to ensure cleanliness and condition standards across guestrooms. You will record inspection results, resolve guest complaints, and maintain accommodations quality while coordinating staff assignments and security of keys.

The role involves supervising inspections, supporting housekeeping daily tasks, and contributing to high-quality guest service on a on-site basis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute assignment sheets to assigned staff and review priorities.
• Assign designated Guest room keys and radios to assigned staff. Maintain accurate record of such and ensure security of keys.
• Oversees and conducts guest room inspections.
• Assists housekeepers with daily tasks when needed.
• Assisting other housekeeping team members to ensure top quality guest service.
