Home2 Suites Dallas Downtown is seeking a Room Inspector to ensure our rooms meet cleanliness and condition standards. You will record inspection results, resolve guest concerns, and help maintain high hotel standards.

Collaborating with housekeeping, you will prepare and distribute assignment sheets, assign keys and radios securely, and oversee guest room inspections to ensure top-quality service for every guest.

• Prepare and distribute assignment sheets to assigned staff and review priorities
• Assign designated Guest room keys and radios to assigned staff. Maintain accurate record of such and ensure security of keys.
• Oversees and conducts guest room inspections
• Assists housekeepers with daily tasks when needed
• Assisting other housekeeping team members to ensure top quality guest service

Room Inspectors ensure that the company meets all cleanliness and condition requirements. Responsibilities include recording inspection results, resolving guest complaints and maintaining accommodations standards.
