Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms after housekeeping services to ensure cleanliness and quality.
• Verify that room amenities, supplies, and equipment are stocked and functioning.
• Identify and report maintenance issues or hazards to the appropriate departments.
• Ensure housekeeping staff follow established cleaning procedures and standards.
• Reinspect rooms to confirm corrective actions have been completed.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of public and back-of-house areas.
• Communicate room status and guest needs with housekeeping supervisors and team members.
• Support guest satisfaction by ensuring a clean, comfortable environment.

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of public and back-of-house areas.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping supervisors and team members regarding room status and guest needs.
• Support guest satisfaction by helping ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

Work Environment
