LBA Hospitality is hiring a Rooms Inspector for the HOMEWOOD SUITES - ST. AUGUSTINE/SAN SEBASTIAN on-site. You will support the Housekeeping team by inspecting rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and brand standards.

The role requires previous housekeeping experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Training on hotel systems such as Quore and Hotel Effectiveness is provided, with benefits including a quarterly

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in hotels, lodging, hospitals, housing, or care facilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, sanitation, linens, supplies, and equipment.
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must learn hotel systems such as Quore and Hotel Effectiveness.
• Must meet company security clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, condition, and brand standards.
• Coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including room assignments and inspections.
• Report room discrepancies and maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain proper key control and guest privacy.
• Assist with inventories, supplies, ordering, and receiving as needed.
• Clean guest rooms or public areas as needed to support operations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
• Ensure housekeeping procedures, safety standards, and emergency procedures are followed.
• Maintain required logs, checklists, and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Rooms Inspector helps ensure guest rooms and public areas meet company and brand cleanliness standards while supporting the Housekeeping team and providing excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Must have scheduling flexibility, including weekends.
• This is an on-site hotel position.
