Job summary

Residence Inn Eagan | Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Room Attendant to join our team. You will keep guest rooms and public areas clean, restock supplies, and uphold safety standards to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, hours of operation and surroundings.
• Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items guests have left behind and report per hotel lost-and-found procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
