Job description

Job Summary:

As a Room Attendant, you'll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable guest experiences through immaculate hotel and guestroom presentations. Your dedication to meticulous cleanliness and attention to detail will leave a lasting impression on every guest who walks through our doors. Your commitment to going above and beyond will not only secure guest loyalty but also set us apart from our competitors. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Cleaning/sanitizing and maintaining guest rooms, hallways, furnishings, flooring and working/public areas at all times.
  2. Reporting maintenance problems.
  3. Working quickly without compromising quality/diligence.
  4. Keeping room facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
  5. Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
  6. Cleaning/sanitizing and stocking restrooms.
  7. Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment.
  8. Notifying managers of necessary repairs/issues.
  9. Collecting and disposing of trash.
  10. Assisting guests when necessary.
  11. High attention to detail.
  12. Restocking all necessary room toiletries.
  13. Time management and efficiency in tasks.
  14. Delivering items to guest rooms, as requested.
  15. Helping other departments, as needed.
  16. Responsible care of equipment and machines.
  17. Supporting team to reach common goals.
  18. Cleaning guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming.
  19. Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed.
  20. Performing deep cleaning tasks, as needed.
  21. Stocking, maintaining and transporting housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis.
  22. May assist other departments when needed.

  9. Ability to perform consistent work to the highest of standards.
  10. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, according to the hotel demands.
