Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a friendly, detail‑oriented part‑time Housekeeper for The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center in Roanoke, VA. You will join a team dedicated to delivering clean, comfortable guest rooms and spaces, contributing to memorable stays.

Typical shifts are daytime, with open availability; you’ll help ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety, supporting guests and colleagues in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Work as a team to maintain the cleanliness of the resort/hotel.
• Keep work carts orderly and properly stocked.
• Properly utilize equipment, supplies, and guest amenities.
• Ensure the thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas.
• Change and inspect linens and towels daily, following standards established by the Green Program.
• Follow safety standards and remain aware of hazards, reporting issues promptly.
• Always respect guests' property.
• Exercise responsible care of equipment.
• Report to work on time according to the posted schedule, maintain accurate time records, and follow proper room assignment procedures.
• Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and coworkers at all times.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Floor Supervisor.

The cleanliness of a hotel is one of the main reasons guests return and recommend our hotel to their friends and family. It goes without saying that hotel housekeepers play one of the most important roles in the daily operation of a hotel. We are looking for individuals with great attention to detail to join our Housekeeping team. This is a part‑time position designed to support business needs and peak occupancy periods. The ideal candidate creates a memorable experience for our guests through the care and attention they take in preparing and maintaining guest rooms. This role truly is the "Heart of the House" and provides essential services that allow our guests to relax and enjoy their stay. Work Schedule

Part‑Time: Open availability preferred Typical weekday hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 5:00 p.m., depending on business needs. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Weekend shifts generally begin at 9:00 a.m.

Your Role

• Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and coworkers at all times.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Floor Supervisor.
