Job summary

The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee is seeking a part-time, hourly guest room attendant to deliver superior service and maintain the hotel’s iconic standards. You’ll clean rooms, change linens, restock amenities and support team projects to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Candidates should be able to work varying shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and represent the property professionally. On-site benefits include discounted parking, room discounts, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays and the ability to work under pressure.
• Previous experience in the same or a similar position such as a guest room attendant, cleaner, or other housekeeping, cleaning in hotels, hospitals, casinos or residential are preferred.
• Physical stamina to complete repetitive manual labor tasks.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull and or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to represent the company in a professional, well-groomed and courteous manner.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, grasp, stretch, and use a vacuum and push a cart on a regular and extended basis.

• Ensure prompt, superior service to guests.
• Service stay-over rooms, changing linens and replenishing amenities.
• Thoroughly clean check-out rooms, paying attention to detail.
• Perform bed-making, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, dusting, trash removal, and amenity restocking.
• Restock supply cart for the next day.
• Assist with team projects and perform additional assigned duties as needed.

What you will be doing
