Job summary

Bridge Point in Freeport, Maine is seeking dependable Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team. If you take pride in keeping rooms guest-ready, this local role offers steady hours and a clear path to additional assignments.

Candidates must reside within commuting distance of Freeport/Brunswick/Portland, be able to stand, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced hotel environment. Housing is not provided.

Qualifications

• Local candidates preferred and must reside within commuting distance.
• Housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required.
• Dependable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Able to stand, bend, push, pull and lift throughout shift.
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms for arriving guests.
• Make beds and change linens.
• Clean bathrooms, showers, sinks and mirrors.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop and dust guest rooms.
• Restock towels, toiletries and room supplies.
• Remove trash and used linens.
• Report maintenance issues or damaged items.
• Follow hotel cleanliness and safety standards.
• Complete assigned rooms within expected timeframes.

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Location: Freeport, Maine

Position Type: Local Position (Housing is NOT provided)

• Candidates must reside in Freeport, Brunswick, or Portland, MAINE (or immediate surrounding areas)
• Reliable transportation or access to METRO Breez bus service to 5 Park St, Freeport.
