HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housekeeper at the Astor Crowne Plaza New Orleans to maintain guest rooms and building cleanliness. You will clean bathrooms, beds, and surfaces, restock amenities, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs for bedding, and collaboration with team members to meet standards. On-site work with comprehensive staff benefits is provided.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and work in confined spaces.
• Must be willing to pitch in and be a team player.
• Knowledge of cleaning agents and operation of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to push/pull equipment up to 100 lbs with or without assistance.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style for diverse audiences.

Aufgaben

• Maintain hotel rooms and building to ensure a safe, clean guest experience.
• Clean bathrooms, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floors with appropriate supplies.
• Strip, make beds, and change linens; handle sheets weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Dust furniture, pictures, windowsills, shelves; ensure room presentation.
• Vacuum, empty trash, restock amenities in guest rooms.
• Sign for keys, retrieve and restock room supplies; inspect cleanliness.
