Responsibilities:

1. Cleans and services assigned guest rooms and bathrooms in a timely and organized manner according to procedures and standards.
2. Changes sheets, makes beds, and vacuums in both stay-over and check-out guest rooms.
3. Dusts entire guest room including tables, nightstands, dressers, light fixtures, televisions, air conditioning units, and window ledges.
4. Cleans all mirrors.
5. Notifies guest services (front desk) when service is complete so rooms may be sold. Reports any room unable to be serviced within appropriate time standards to the supervisor.
6. Reports needed repairs of unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
7. Responds to requests from guests, supervisors, or management in a timely manner.
8. Maintains linen cart and supplies neat and organized to department standards.
9. Maintains the security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued each day.
10. Reports lost and found articles to the supervisor.
11. Replaces light bulbs.
12. Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
13. Replenishes supplies such as drinking glasses, writing supplies, bathroom supplies, and linen.
14. Cleans rooms according to brand and company standards.
15. Follows procedures for team cleaning and self-inspecting programs.
16. Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner and reports complaints or requests to the appropriate department, following up to ensure guest satisfaction.
17. Keeps maid station clean and organized, and makes rollaway beds.
18. Provides a professional image through appearance and dress.
19. Follows company policies and procedures.
20. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
