Essential Job Functions

1. Stock housekeeping supplies and amenities.
2. Observe knocking procedures before entering guest rooms.
3. Clean assigned rooms, ensure amenities are stocked, and complete checklists.
4. Mark clean rooms for inspection.
5. Report damages or hazards in guest rooms.
6. Secure guest room doors upon exit.
7. Keep corridors and service areas tidy.
8. Return lost and found items and guest room keys.
9. Follow all policies, safety, and security procedures.
10. Know fire prevention and emergency protocols.
11. Use protective equipment and report unsafe conditions.
12. Report accidents, injuries, or property issues.
13. Maintain a neat appearance as per standards.
14. Perform additional duties as assigned and assist colleagues.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
