HHM Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms to HHM standards, ensuring comfort and cleanliness for guests in Sugar Land, Texas. You will greet guests warmly and perform duties in a timely, safe manner.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to OSHA guidelines, and contributing to high guest satisfaction through meticulous housekeeping, linen changes, and proactive room readiness.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms to standards within the allotted time frame by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and other amenities.
• Dust furniture and fixtures; clean walls and surfaces.
• Notify managers concerning the need for repairs in guest rooms.
• Process guest items left in rooms according to lost and found policy.
• Follow MSDS and OSHA safety standards in all tasks.
• Perform house person and lobby attendant duties when short staffed or during peak periods.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction scores and overall satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
