HHM Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms to established standards. The role includes greeting guests, changing linens, and ensuring a clean, safe environment. You will also handle lost-and-found items and assist with lobby duties when needed.

The position emphasizes guest satisfaction, safety compliance, and teamwork within a dynamic housekeeping team. Previous housekeeping experience preferred; English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms to standards within allotted time via sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Dust and polish furniture, walls and fixtures; notify managers about repairs.
• Process guest items left in rooms per lost-and-found policy.
• Follow MSDS and OSHA safety guidelines and wear protective equipment.
• Perform house person and lobby duties when needed.
• Support overall guest satisfaction and department goals.

Your Focus

• Greet guests upon interaction with a warm and friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms according to standards within the allotted time frame by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and other amenities.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust furniture, walls or equipment.
• Notify managers concerning the need for repairs in guest rooms.
• Process guest items left in rooms according to lost and found policy.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform house person and lobby attendant duties when short staffed or during peak periods.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Your Background and Skills

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
