HHM Hotels in Renton seeks a Room Attendant to clean guest rooms to established standards, greet guests warmly, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment. You will handle linens, amenities, and basic room upkeep while supporting front desk and housekeeping teams for peak periods.

Ideal candidates have housekeeping experience, know basic English, and are ready to work varying shifts and holidays. This role offers opportunities for growth within the hotel group and a friendly, team-oriented

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting and provide assistance as needed.
• Clean guest rooms to standards within allotted time using sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, walls and equipment.
• Report repairs needed in guest rooms to management.
• Handle lost and found items per policy.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment as required.
• Assist with lobby or other duties during peak periods or staff shortages.
• Aim to improve overall guest satisfaction through quality service.

Your Focus

• Greet guests upon interaction with a warm and friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms according to standards within the allotted time frame by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and other amenities.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust furniture, walls or equipment.
• Notify managers concerning the need for repairs in guest rooms.
• Process guest items left in rooms according to lost and found policy.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform house person and lobby attendant duties when short staffed or during peak periods.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Your Background And Skills
