The Room Attendant plays an important role in creating a positive guest experience by maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment. This position is responsible for cleaning guest rooms as assigned and ensuring all hotel areas meet high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

General: The employee must demonstrate effective listening and communication skills, initiative, the ability to work independently and in teams, and lead by example. Good judgment, discretion, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service are essential. The ability to multi-task, stay composed under pressure, and maintain professionalism, integrity, and follow-through is required.

Additional Information:

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and complete the I-9 form within the first 3 days of employment.

Essential Functions:

• Regular attendance and punctuality are critical; tardiness affects the team.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays, to meet hotel and guest needs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, using appropriate language, tone, attitude, and body language.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions from supervisors or managers.
• Working safely is mandatory; all employees must adhere to safety policies.
