Housekeeping Supervisor – Assistant Executive Housekeeper – Executive Housekeeper

Your Focus

• Greet guests warmly and courteously.
• Clean guest rooms within the allotted time, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust surfaces.
• Report repairs needed in guest rooms to management.
• Handle guest items left in rooms according to policy.
• Follow safety procedures, wear protective gear, and adhere to MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform house person and lobby duties during peak times or staff shortages.
• Work towards increasing guest satisfaction scores.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Your Background and Skills

• High School diploma preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping or equivalent training required.
• Ability to communicate in English.
