Your Growth Path

Housekeeping Supervisor – Assistant Executive Housekeeper – Executive Housekeeper

Your Focus

1. Greet guests warmly and courteously.
2. Clean guest rooms according to standards within the allotted time by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
3. Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
4. Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust surfaces and equipment.
5. Report repairs needed in guest rooms to management.
6. Handle guest items left in rooms according to the lost and found policy.
7. Follow sustainability guidelines related to HHM’s EarthView program.
8. Practice safe work habits, wear protective equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
9. Perform house person and lobby attendant duties during staff shortages or peak times.
10. Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work to improve departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
11. Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Your Background and Skills

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English.
