Your Focus

• Greet guests warmly upon interaction.
• Clean guest rooms within the allotted time, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens, replace towels and amenities.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust furniture, walls, or equipment.
• Notify management of repair needs in guest rooms.
• Process guest items left in rooms according to policy.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective equipment, and follow safety standards.
• Perform house person and lobby attendant duties during staffing shortages or peak times.
• Work toward increasing guest satisfaction scores.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Your Background And Skills

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required.
• English communication skills required.
