Parx Casino is seeking a guest room attendant to maintain clean, welcoming rooms for guests in Bucks County, PA. You will clean, dust, sanitize, restock, and prepare rooms to high standards, while greeting guests and addressing inquiries.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. Training includes safety and sanitation policies. Benefits and a supportive team environment are offered.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to document and articulate information clearly.
• Ability to walk, bend, lift, kneel, stand, push and pull during an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.

Mansioni

• Clean guest rooms and keep them welcoming.
• Dust and polish furniture, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Sanitize bathrooms and ensure towels and toiletries are stocked.
• Change sheets, make beds, and ensure fresh linens in rooms.
• Remove debris and trash from rooms.

Responsible for keeping guest rooms clean and welcoming.

• Responsible for dusting and polishing furniture, sweeping,mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Must ensure that bathrooms are sanitized and fully stockedwith towels and toiletries.
• Responsible for changing sheets, making beds, and ensuringrooms have an adequate supply of fresh linens.
• Removes debris and trash from room.
• Restocks beverages and food items.
• Greets guests, responds to inquiries, and communicates special requests.
• Follows all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Reports any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills
