Job summary

BOH Concepts is a leading provider of housekeeping and cleaning services for luxury hotels and resorts. As a Room Attendant in Bellevue, WA, you will maintain clean guestrooms while delivering courteous, attentive service to guests.

You will stock the housekeeping cart daily, change linens, clean bathrooms, dust surfaces, restock amenities, and ensure keys and carts are secured at shift end. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required, and prior housekeeping or commercial

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping and/or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Able to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and attractive hotel guestrooms.
• Stock housekeeping cart daily.
• Change linens and make beds.
• Clean bathrooms (sink, toilet, bathtub/shower).
• Dust furniture, picture frames, lamps, bed frames, TVs.
• Polish counters and mirrors, empty trash, vacuum floors.
• Restock guest room amenities (coffee pods, water, soap, shampoo).
• Ensure keys, phone, and cart are put away at end of shift.
• Report wear and tear to supervisor.
• Greet guests with a smile and provide courteous service.
• Aim for overall guest satisfaction.

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining clean and attractive hotel guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous, and excellent service to all guests.

Ensure the housekeeping cart is fully stocked daily and ready to clean assigned rooms.

Change linens, pillowcases and make beds.

Clean bathroom including the sink, toilet, and bathtub/shower.

Dust furniture, picture frames, lamps, bed frames, TVs etc.

Polish counters and mirrors/glass, empty trash cans and vacuum floors.

Restock all guest room amenities such as coffee po ds , water, soap, shampoo etc.

Ensure keys, phone and housekeeping cart are put away at end of shift.

Report any wear and tear in rooms to supervisor.

Interact and greet guests with a smile when approached.

Ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Previous housekeeping and/or commercial cleaning experience preferred.

Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.

Able to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
