Job Summary

The housekeeper is responsible for cleaning assigned areas according to company standards to ensure a clean environment for guests and staff.

Essential Functions

• Clean hotel areas including guestrooms, lobby, corridors, elevators, laundry facilities, stairways, exterior, etc., within required time frames.
• Replenish supplies such as bathroom necessities, glasses, linens, etc.
• Transport trash and waste to disposal areas.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and equipment.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Follow safety & security policies to ensure safety of all.
• Use materials, chemicals, and tools safely to prevent injuries and damage.

Additional Duties

• Handle laundry: sorting, washing, drying, folding, storing linens.
• Clean and organize laundry areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
