Courtyard Owatonna Downtown in Owatonna, MN is hiring a Housekeeping Room Attendant. You will maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms to hotel standards and ensure rooms are ready for sale while caring for guests during their stay.

This full-time, morning-shift position offers benefits including Medical, Vision, 401k, PTO, and holiday pay. You must have high school or equivalent and be capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Attention to detail and speed/accuracy in tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies, procedures and standards.
• Keep guest rooms clean and ready for sale; maintain public areas.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure satisfaction and comfort.
• Report defects and maintain sanitation across assigned areas.
• Use chemicals in accordance with OSHA regulations and hotel requirements.
